In June i really want to visit Es Vedra & Benirras beach. I haven't visited these spots yet.

I don't drive though :( And it looks like buses to these places are not happening! Anyone got any advice? Taxi Perhaps?

hire a bike is great way to get over there..a nice healthy day you`ll be feeling great after it..bring food& plenty water and bottle of tintos happy days then..:)

you wont get lost..its easy to get there from san jose.its sign posted to cala d hort..very busy in summer so its best to go on bike for parkin can be impossible..if your going for sunset best to get bus and taxi..you dont want to be on those roads on a bike when dark..with just your eyes for lights8O

Unless you are a keen cyclist, Both of those are pretty hilly and not that easy (directions no prob,,,,, hills,,, In 30+ deg will not be fun)
Ask around in you hotel, someone else is bound to be going there or make yaself a small sign up with "Beniras" etc on it and Hitch,
Have a good one
Tim

think june would be ok weather wise but you would have to be a pretty steady on a bike,no point trying if you`ve not been on one for years.

if you're staying in san antonio just follow the number 19 cycle route and a few hours later you'll end up at es vedra... you'll probably need the whole day to do the route ( 59kms ) and you'll need to leave at around 9am.... :)

Is it possible to get a boat trip out to Es Vedra, that will allow you to stand on the rocks, as its the mythical island of love it would be good to do that on our anniversary, but not seen anything ooffering trips out here, it just says only goats and rats live on the island,
wonder who put the goats out there, as they cant swim, ???

Every boat trip I've been on has just circled Es Vedra, not even sure if I've spotted anywhere for a boat to stop.

Ive been a few trips that have circled here, but I was just wondering if you ned to charter your own boat,
Might just have to go out and see it on our anniversary, then go for a nice meal when we get back

Sorry to fire up an old thread but, does anyone know how i can get to Benirras from Ibiza town this sunday? I've no car, no bike :-/ Is there a bus rtoute there now?
Cheers
