GEORGE BUSH TUNE?

Has anyone heard a tune which has Bushes saddam hussein speech in it. You hear the speech and it ends with "Ladies and Gentlemen, We got him" and then it's the chunkiest tribal drums i've ever heard.
Its on either a pacha or space cd that was on sale in our hotel this year, Cheers.
