geek question (sony sound forge)

right, i want to build track markers into a mp3-set that i have. how do i do this? right now the set is just one track and i would like to insert tracks so i can easily skip from one to another. can anyone please explain me how i do this with soundforge?

and also: i have another (huge) set that i would like to split into many parts...help please!!!

update: i found out myself how to split long sets...just cut and paste...easy

but what about making track markers????
