I wouldn't say it's dead everywhere. Any nights I go to in the UK are pretty busy, DS in Leeds, Rong in Manchester and OTR in Sheffield have all been busy when I've been recently. Looking forward to Majefa in Manchester next week too Unfortunately the days of everyone being into trance though are long gone as a lot of peoples music tastes have moved on

Looking forward to OTR next week, they've been pretty spot on so far with their parties (and I'm biased, I spent most of the last holiday with one of the promoters and will spend the rest of the next one with the group as well )
Not so keen on DS anymore, it's not been as busy recently, and the crowd are getting a bit more 'vestish' ... but seriously, the crowd isn't quite as good as it used to be when I first started going to DS.

Trance certainly wasnt dead in Cream last night, it looked packed for Emery and PVD! Driftwood is cool, worth checking out if you wanna do a boat while you are here. I liked ASOT too but after Armin everyone left which really killed the party for me. Maybe trance works best now in places like Digital Society where everyone is part of the same family and its like 1000 mates?!

Emery isn't what I'd call Trance these days, much more of an electro / house sound. (Not mocking it, as I do really rate GE ). Highly recommend Driftwood, was a surprise of the holiday just gone!
Trance nights these days only attract crowds if big names are on. The middle and lower tier names struggle to pull a crowd by themselves.

Cream has always been packed out every time I've been to the island. I reckon a lot of people who aren't necessarily going to go out every night will choose that as their 'big club' experience.

Massively looking forward to Driftwood. Something different for me as I've never done a boat party in all the times I've been to Ibiza. What were the drinks prices like?

Think I may give ASOT a miss as I've got too many nights planned in as it is for this trip (although knowing me I'll end up in there after Driftwood )

I totally agree with you. I loved it when it used to be on at Stinkys. Still had a good night at the one in June but won't be rushing back tbh.

Not going for the one in Oct? Am quite tempted as I'd like to see PvD again in the UK, been a couple of years since I have. He's not doing an extended set though which is a bit disappointing.

He's doing a 4hr set at Passion on the 12th. Was tempted to go but heading to Cream the next night instead.

Nah, not going to DS in October. Tbh gonna be well skint after Ibiza and got Cream on the 13th and my mates 30th the week after that which is gonna be very messy!
