Garlands returns to Eden for 2008!

Once more this summer will see the presence of a clubbing institution of its own making waves, with Liverpool rapscallions Garlands making the island theirs again for some summer fun.
Every Wednesday thru' till Wednesday 24th September, full on.
One of the most iconic and revered clubs in the UK, Garlands remains one of its most important too, firmly adhering to the full-on party principal. In a place where musical sovereignty can at times obscure the mere meaning of what it means to abandon the dredges of urban life on a weekend, Garlands remains unequivocally devoted to escapism at all costs. This manifesto of candid decadence, debauchery and a feeling of fun at all costs doesn’t ring any truer than in Ibiza, where the weekend lasts for four months and the sunshine warms the heart and frazzles the mind.
And what then exactly of their plans? Well Garlands’ attack on Ibizan club land is tri-pronged, the first assault imbuing their sense of glittering after party values by sailing upon the high seas of rave as soon as the fun at Judgement Sundays ends each Monday morning. For this they will be hauling in Liverpool residents Les Calvert, Dave Booth, Carl Ralph, Ant Ashcroft, John Evans, and Sean Hughes to, each contributing to the glittering vibes with a funk fuelled soundtrack geared towards partying long into the evening!
Then two days later, the boat featuring the same cast sets sail again, although rather than focusing the attention to the after party it instead marks the taster for what is yet to come, apart from of course the die hards who are still going from Monday! This then leads perfectly to the continuation of their famed residency at Eden each and every Wednesday night. Replicating exactly the same formula that has made them so popular in Liverpool, only with an embellished sense of grandeur and production values befitting the iconic venue, the aforementioned warriors of the Technics are joined by the latest starlet to grace Garlands, the fabulous Suzee X!
