Funky Tune id

Hi guys and gals, need ur expertise

i cant find the name of this tune

ive heard it a few times this summer but cant seem to get hold of the name of the artist

its quite funky with a female vocal which says "i get this feeling, when im with you"

i cant remember there being too many other vocals in it other than that line, not too sure tho!
