full English breakfast

Right, been going ibiza for some time now and never really stumbled across a place that does a really nice full English breaky eh. I frequent ritas cantina quite abit for a nice, light healthy spread, it's just sometimes I get the urge for a full on big greasy breakfast, especially after a heavy night out. Can any of you recommend anything really nice in San an, cheers.

Itaca is the only place I've found that comes close. But if anybody could spread some further light, I'd be interested to know for future trips.

The Red Bar & Grill by Egg Roundabout do a very hearty selection - big portion sizes. Quality isn't there though. Very greasy, tasteless. Will sort you out on a hangover though.

Cheers mate, I'll bear itaca in mind. I used to use the big place right at the bottom of West end, decent size portions but tasteless.

From experience San An is infinitely better for a British fry-up than Pd'B.

Is it too much to ask for to be able to order a "fry-up" (as advertised) and not be served a f***in' frankfurter sausage or eggs that have been cremated?!?!?!

So if anybody else has Bossa fry-up recommendations I'm all ears! :)

Always used to eat at fatsos, when we used to stop at ibiza rocks, and before that when it used to be called club paraiso. I remember the Scottish geezer with the long hair that worked there, he always used to sort us out with free cocktails as we always ate there. The last time I went, spoke to the woman there, she told me he had gone home and the food wasn't all that. The cafe just across the road was possibly the worst I had been to, horrendous

Exactly my sentiments mate. On the same page, just want a proper full on breakfast lol. To be honest I will try fatsos again. I wasn't a breakfast I had last time I went tbh, was steak and chips and it wasn't the best

I know that British cuisine is pretty much lambasted the world over, and other nationalities would probably prefer a frankfurter as opposed to to a nice, juicy cumberland. But what irks me is that most of them are advertised as "English Breakfasts" which they most certainly are not!

I remember it well, just landed, checked in at ibiza rocks, just wanted food, fatsos was still opening up at that time of morning so we went there, never again.

That's it mate, don't get me wrong. I do like a frankfurter but like you say, you can't beat a couple of decent sized Cumberlands eh. Anyways these frankfurters are straight out of a tin.

Fatsos (and they do nice coffee!)

Ritas also do their own take of an English Breakfast which is worth a try (not as mammoth and slightly healthier than your normal version)

I know about ritas, just sometimes I like a good feed to set me up for the day. But I will be using ritas more often than not.

Your can tell that Fatso's is strictly for tourists/english (the name Fatso's british cafe gives that away..lol) as it doesnt even open till 10.00am for 'breakfast' which to me is early lunch, they even serve breakfast till 5.00pm !! On the other side of the road there is a 'spanish' cafe which is open for breakfast at an earlier time and is always buzzing with locals which I thought was fine
