Fuel Charge Question

Hi All

a few people i know who are going on holiday have received letters telling them that they will have to pay an extra charge for fuel of get a full refund.

i have booked with thomas cook and was wondering will i get a letter a few weeks before i go asking for more money?

I think it had something to do with when - ie before a certain date.. you booked your flights.

I fly in 2 1/2 weeks and havent heard anything - why dont you call them?
