From Monaco to Ibiza.

Hi all, I will be partying with a friend in Monaco in July. I was thinking of going to Ibiza for a long week-end. Are there flights from Nice/Cannes/St Tropez/Monaco direct to Ibiza and Palma? Are there Ferrys from those places to Palma or Ibiza? What is the air company that does flights between Palma and Ibiza?
