Free TV Streaming

Can anyone recommend a good Movie and TV streaming service that is legit and safe to use, like the equivalent of BBC I Player or something out here?
 
Filmon.com is a good one that gets all the UK channels (1-5) and sky stuff. If you want to watch older american series (csi for example) then project free tv is good too....
 
Dunno whether tvcatchup.com works over there - gives you all of the free uk channels. Or you could connect a slingbox up at home and dial in to watch your home tv.
