For which night you can get wrist bands this season

Before the discussions in the "bukka up" thread goes in the wrong direction, I better start asking in this new thread.

Last year we have been to Kakuhma and Cafe Ole for free with wrist bands from Bora Bora.

For which nights are wrist bands given away this year???
Are there any good places beside Bora Bora to get them???

Would like to know if Kehakuma have them this year! Maybe now its more established, and solid line-ups I'd imagine they are filling the place without them... Are they really going to hand out freebies for Jeff Mills and Seth Troxler?

Depends if they have a 'before x' entry time and they'll take money at the bar early doors.

I spend nearly every day I am there down Bora Bora but can't ever remember being asked if I want wrist band for free. I am just very unlucky or getting to trashed to realise what I am being asked? A couple of free nights would certainly be appreciated

Have you been there when the promo teams of PR's and sometimes a mini-parade come in?

I would say 4 out of 7 nights you will get a wrist brand at Bora Bora somewhen between 15:00 - 19:00.
Sometimes it only reduces the price, othertimes it's for free but nearly allways you have to be in the club before 12 to use the wrist band.

4 years ago we got Carl Cox two weeks in a row for 20eur with band. Wrist Brands for Privelege where given away nearly every night.

2 years ago we got 2times free entry for "one night with " at SPACE. One was Pendulum the other I can't remember.

Last year as allready said Cafe Ole, Kehakuma.
I also can remember to see Wristbrands for Cream before 12 for 35 eur, La Troya for free, Supermartxe for free and at salina beach we saw a lot of people having Pacha wrist brands for Pacha seduction.

I allways thought this is a known fact by every yearly IBIZA visitor.

I have seen the parades and people have asked me to buy wrist bands but I have never really paid much attention to what they were saying. Cheap entry early would suit me as well, I tend to be early in and early out when I go clubbing.

.

A pun on commercialism. Deep brother, deep!

Well next time say 'yes please, I'll have a band as long as they are free'!

After 4pm I am used to relying on pointing, grunts and facial expressions as my predominant forms of communication so that may be a struggle.

Nah, that's standard. The common parlance (though not actually spoken) in the situation as described, is the proffering of your wrist for the band, although tradition dictates a slightly claw-like Jeremy Beadleness should be evident, due to over indulgence.

I got offered free wristbands for some nights at Eden/Es Paradis, can't remember what nights, I didn't go.

Also got a Kehakuma one at Salinas beach, it cost 15 euros to get in, but with a free drink, so basically free entry, if used before 12.00!

Thanks for the info...
Where did you get offered wristbands for Eden/Es Paradis?? San Ant?

Last year they had promoters giving out wrist bands pretty much every day on the street where Bora Bora entrance is. Hopefully it will be the same this year.

Free wristbands for Cafe Ole being handed out quite liberally in PDB. We were given ours while my wife took a picture of the Space sign. There seemed to be someone stationed outside the Defected party at Ushuaia handing them out too (at the side by the ATM, not at the front - if yr looking). Also, it's a great party!
