hi
have any bodybuilder here experiences with gyms on ibiza, which can recommende you? (airconditioning, machines and so on) prices? (ONLY SAN ANTONIO location)
can y buy supplements somewhere on ibiza or must i take it from home.
thanx

I do know of one. It's near the Egg in San An, sort of behind Bar M. Very cheap, decent equipment and no membership required. Only negative point about the place is that they operate a shoot on sight policy if they catchyou with a camera in there. But I'm sure that won't bother you.

theres also one in san antonio bay called Rimnis. located next to the mardi gras and the riveriera hotel...they also sell supplements..like protein, weight gain, etc. :D

eeerrr...not on protein powder they wont. 8O 8O
The last time I used Rimnis gym in san antonio i didnt take anything with me from home, didnt want the hastle of being stopped with a bag of powder in case they thought it was something else, if they realise your a body builder they might think steroids so be careful...just eat plenty of chicken, tuna and skimmed milk for your protein intake when your over there. Its best to get your protein intake naturally anyway...although if your into body building you will already realise that anyway

thanx lcoverdale...i prefere too naturaly proteins ,but this is my first trip on ibiza and when i hear that tipicaly chicken eat cost 15 euro (4x per day=64 euro hell..) so i think on proteins this is cheeper way i think...

you could always buy you protein powder when you get their, they had a large selection and it seemed pretty reasonable (15euro - 500gms) from what i remember including international brands

Not forgetting Eggs.

Is this one big enough?

The gym near Kanya is fine, quite well airconditioned etc.

Also taking supplement powder has never been a problem just put it in your luggage in the original containers - takes up space - but just get a bigger case! It's even less of an issue if you use sachets of powder like Met-RX...
