Hey all, thinking about doing the season next summer and getting some information together, just wondering what the average prices per month for somewhere decent to stay in san an?

i think theyre around 700/800 a month, not sure, im thinkin bout doin it next year too.
you go on the gg board dont you...i recognise the name.:)
 
worked in ibiza 2006

Just got home a couple of weeks ago after 4 months in San An, your looking at 250-400 euros a month for accomodation and upto about a 300 euro deposit but isome places don't require deposits.....

its a small world haha, yeh went on quite a bit when promoting my night but we dont run it anymore so hardly go on these days...who you going over with next year, anyone else from the board?
 
haha yea small world...i recognised the name straight away:p nah havent planned to go over with anyone off the board....might ask tho see if anyones goin....i was just gonna go over wi some mates but i think they were gonna come back home, who u goin over with?you worked a season before?
 
no ive never worked out there before, ive been over quite a few times and always wanted to do a full season but never followed it through, hopefully i'll be out for the summer next year :D ...my mates have got other plans and arent really up for it so looks like i'll be going out on my own, i know a few people that are thinking about it so i might end up meeting up with them...how about you, you been before?

yea ive been over quite a few times....went a few years back to work but never lasted long!so gonna do it again this summergot nothin better to do:) ....yea il be out on my own aswell,when my mates ditch me!...i think most people go out alone mind, pretty scary at first like isnt it sortin it all out,flights are cheaper the earlier you book em aswell. what time you thinkin bout goin.....june time?xx
 
suppose it is a scary thought going out there and setting everything up on your own but think its the kind of place where you'll soon find your feet, get on with things and have a good time :D was thinking about going over in may but heard it can still be pretty quiet so yeh im prob looking at going over in june sometime...we'll have to keep in touch and let each other know how were getting on with things, what kind of work you wanting to do?

lol should just do it lee....even if ya dont go over with anyone u would meet people over there:)
 
Oh i know there was people out there the last two years that i knew but when it came to going i just never bothered!

Ive got a good job over here and the chance to go off shore in january so i dout ill be doing it this year as welll lol!

Then ill be 2 old after that:cry:

Still 2 weeks over there in july will do me!:)

i'm going to BEEFA on 2nd May to work, gonna do PRing outside one of the bars in West end- i know everyone says its cheesy etc but i love it, that way after i fin work i can roll into one of the big clubs. my sis and m8 are comin too, we're all dead excited, whencis everyone else goin out? its all i can think about at mo!! doin everyones nut in talkin bout ibiza all the time!

been speaking to someone i know that's jus done this season and is defo doing it it again next year going out early june so hopefully i'll have someone to go over with now :D
 
Hi Heath, im from dewsbury (near leeds) looking at going out out the first week in june and wanting to do pr work for some of the big clubs, want to try get something with meganite if pos and a few others, but might do other kinds of work depending on whats on offer, you worked out there before or this gonna be your first season?

me and a mate are goin out early may, will just see what work is avaialble when we get there but would prefer to do pr work for the big clubs, we both have good exp in sales so fingers crossed! the main thing im bothered about is havin every monday off so i can go dc10 every week :) :)

will prob be lookin to share accom too prob in san an. msn me if ya wanna chat? been ibiza a few times but never worked there.

As a follow-up question, what should I expect to find in an apartment or studio which I am renting by the month over the summer, as opposed to one aimed at people staying for a fortnight? Should I bring things like sheets? What about things for cooking and eating, like cutlery, plates and saucepans?
