First good, then the Euro came - prices go up, quality down....then it goes from good to mediocre and now to really bad, especially at Mambo.
Just my humble op´.

Ive never eaten @ Mambo yet, i do agree though that it is probably over priced mush but id prolly only snack there anyway with a jug of sangria. Im much more inclined to sample some local spanish restaurants this year but i wont be eatning things like wings and eyes still attached to it like Joey wants to.

;)

we found that with Savannah too

2 years ago - tremendous food
last year - average at best

think we'll be checking out some of the recommendations from Ibiza residents on the board this year

But wings and eyes are good. lol   ;)

I just prefer to eat local food when in another country, i think it helps create a nicer atmosphere
