Seen a couple of videos of them, look amazingly awesome. Just wanted a couple of peoples personal opinions on them.
Foam and Water Partyes

Ive been coming to the island for 7 years now and have never been to a Water/Foam party. What is the story with them, are they full of kids, are they any good? Im surprised the clubs run them, how do they make any money at the bar? I guess they must work as theyve been around for years....

Never been to the foam parties... but the water parties are superb!!.... one of the best laughs u can have whilst in Ibiza!!! Although the water is only on for about the last hour of the night... the banter involved is amazing!

I didn't see any flip flop action but I would say the water party I went to was kinda rough. It was mobbed enough for it to be difficult to even reach the bit that becomes a pool without some patience and tactical manoeuvring 
Some guys threw me in from the top step without permission too, which I enjoyed but I imagine those squirming at the flip flip comment probably wouldn't.
The music wasn't the best either (DJ Sammy
) with the highlights being predictable anthems.
All that said, dancing as water rains down on you is a lot of fun, as Gene Kelly would have testified.
Not very 'classy' or whatever but that didn't hinder my enjoyment.
