foam and diamonds...amnesia

Will be a gay-heavy crowd I'd have thought. So dress provocatively/conservatively depending on how much attention you wanna attract!

Just kiddin' - it's Ibiza wear whatever you feel comfortable with! Bear in mind there will be foam as advertised, so perhaps not wise to wear you're absolute best/newish clobber

Faux leather will wipe clean at least.
Wear what you feel comfortable in but that you wouldn't mind getting ruined.
I remember a foam party in my teens - wrecked my lime green versace jeans (probably a good thing), so I wouldn't wear your favourite outfit.

Hopefully you're gay and deaf
Gay heavy crowd.... should i avoid????

Yes, this is a gay party. Why else would Paris Hilton be djing there?

Why would you go to a party if you don't know what the party is all about?

I would maybe also cut the arse cheeks out of your Farahs. Agree with faux leather for an easy wipe down of any bodily fluids you may have acquired when working your way across the dance floor.

Each to there own, but do we really have "gay parties" anymore.... and I say that as a gay man! Especially in Ibiza, I mean anything goes pretty much. Rant Over. However, not having a pop at Matinee or La Troya as both are good flamboyant Spanish parties!

The better the mix, the better the club. Sadly lacking these days due to the increase in the faux VIP champagne guzzling brigade. Although I do agree there are some clubs more 'flamboyant' than others.

I would probably go to this before alot of the other parties on the island. no bullshit just fun..

Matinee are hoisting the terrace and normally attract a good mix of people popular with spanish crowd. Think it's fairly commercial in the main room but it's a foam party not a gay foam party just a bit of fun

i went to Matinee last year...it was great (although quite risque - they had a thing about milk if i recall!). One thing i really I enjoyed were the patrons...eveyone was fine and i met a few people that i am still in touch with.

I dunno mate. I find opinions of this vary from one gay person to the next. As a liberal heterosexual I personally see no problem in an "open doors" policy for what traditionally may be perceived as gay night/clubs.

But I have some gay friends who are very protective about keeping the ethos with a predominantly gay crowd. Others are more open to straight folk coming to "their" nights. I can kinda understand the logic of trying to preserve the aura, although I don't necessarily agree.

^^^ this is in reference to gay nights in general.

I guess when talking specifically about Ibiza, then yes, I agree with you, it's much less of issue.
