Flying to ibiza with Iberia

i'm flying from liverpool to barcelona oin the 27th Decmber this year with easyjet then from barcelona to ibiza with iberia. now i used a family members credit card to book these flights and only after booking (typical) i noticed that it says the cardholder must be present to pick up the tickets in barcelona (you dont have to with easyjet). since the carholder will not be in attndance - do you think there is any way around this? surely there will be - what if the cardholder was meant to be going but couldnt make it on the day - does that mean no-one can fly??

im trying to find out on the iberia website but to no avail, any suggestioin?
