Fluent Spanish = Better Job ??

Hi, I was wondering if speaking fluent Spanish (and few other languages) would get me a better paid job than someone who just speaks english? or does it it just increase your chances of getting A job but not necessarily a better paid one? how much do bars and restaurants pay?

also, what are the chances of just working july to mid september?

it depends where you want to work. in the major resorts, bar work doesn't really need spanish, although it would help. however if you want to do other things, like better class restaurant work or on the beach then some spanish is a must, fluent spanish very desirable ;-)
