Flights Ibiza/Menorca

Never been to Menorca and thinking of doing a 2-centre hol, few days in Minorca and the rest in Ibiza.
Are there any direct flights in Summer, if not is the alternative to change at Palma? Is it cheaper/more convenient to fly to Barca and onward from there??
Has anyone done such a trip?

Flown via Barcelona before and another time after. First as it was my 30th and wanted to take in a game at the Camp Nou, second time as it saved me a fair wedge i figured I'd be as well spending on a wee detour to Barcelona.
