Does anyone have any recommendations on where to find cheaper flights from the States? I have come to Ibiza through Bring It On in the past, I am looking to do it on my own this year, the cheapest that I have found is through London, and the flight would be about $1,000 Are there any Americans who have found cheaper flights?

You should be able to get it much cheaper. I went back in 2001 all the way from Miami and paid $950 round trip, In August!

There's an airline based in NY (I forgot the name), but it has flights from Miami to Madrid at very good prices.
Don't just go based on online prices. Ask a travel agent to get you a quote.

I can get a return ticket for about $400 to New York from London, and then a ticket to Ibiza shouldn't cost more than $200

Fly into Barcelona and then Ibiza.
I bought my ticket on www.delta.com (direct flight to Barcelona ~ approx $782) then $120 from Barcelona to Ibiza.
My girlfriend bought her ticket on www.iberia.com and paid $532 from New York to Barcelona and then $150 from Barcelona to Ibiza.
You can also check www.orbitz.com. I would recommend flying into Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Ibiza. Also, Barcelona is a wonderful city to check out during the summer.

I'm figuring on heading over to Ibiza from Phoenix, AZ in September 2004 and pieced together two round trips... Both through British Airways, and both "2-day only" sales...

So, about $500 including tax for the flights for me.
