Flea Markets

Hi We are thinking of moving to Ibiza and would like to know if anyone can give some Advice of getting Pitches on the Various Flea and Hippie Markets around the Island.

Any Help would be Appreciated.

The hippy markets in Punta are notoriously difficult to get pitches which come available very rarely and then are usually passed on by word of mouth. The profit margins on the stuff they sell is huge so there isn't much in the way of stall turnover.

There is a flea market once a week in the San Jordi stadium where you can just turn up like a boot sale but I don't know if you could turn much of a profit there, the last time that I went which was almost two years ago it was mostly household junk.

the hippy market starts about 9 ish am.allday. on a weds only..the rasta in San Jordi stadium.is on a satdays i would say get there for 8 am..but dont forget its ibiza so and time in morning,its not just full of junk.i have brought many a good item.sun brolly(which i store in ibiza) old cds.its a good day out.but to do it every week.you would have to get a lot of stock.

Punta Arabi (Es Cana) runs on a Wednesday, Las Dalias is on a Saturday, but the latter also runs night markets throughout the season have a look at www.lasdalias.es for more info.
