Flat buying & selling

Aw thanks!

Actually my mortgage advisor is absolutely brilliant!!!...But if all goes t*ts up I may come knocking.
Apparently, it has something to do with the local council being tower hamlets and part of the building being concrete.
I've got to ask the estate agent how previous buyers in the block got their money and if it's a high street lender then alert the valuer to this and they can cross reference the records (touch wood all will be fine but watch this space!).

If your FA has any specific knowledge of council blocks in E2 then it would defo be a big help!

We are!!! Even Jamie's beginning to shun clubbing for yoga! 8O

You're right on all counts - it's bloody good advice but my hands still feel tied because I love the place and am worried that if I don't put in this offer and have it taken off the market as agreed then a bidding war will start and I'll lose out (I'm at my absolute ceiling figure already). :?

Basically I've done exactly what I promised myself I wouldn't do and got really emotionally involved with a property during the 'looking' phase - and this makes it impossible to be objective.

Still, early days yet - I may still find a high street lender in which case - :D :D :D

((AND - in the inventory section - HALLWAY: Large open entrance with two large storage cupboards!!!   ))

It's bloody hard work being a grown-up isn't it, I think we need to rectify the situation soon and return to our normal selves

Fingers xd for you, keep me posted my lovely and if you want me to run anything past Tom just ask ;)
