First week in June?

Hello all. I have been considering a trip to Ibiza this year and the ideal time to go based on my schedule is the first week in June. From what I can gather, this appears to be the beginning of the "clubbing season". Could anyone please tell me if this is a good time to visit and what I can expect the club scene to be like? Cheers!
 
I went the first week in june last year and it was sick. You will catch some of the best opening parties (which are some of the best parties in general), it isn't too crowded, and it won't be too hot. The down side is that some clubs won't be open, like Amnesia, which I have regretedly missed during my 2 visits.

Im sure Space being open then though makes up for it:)8)

if you wait two weeks, a lot more is open. dont think id go back the first week in june again, not enough clubbing, and space opening was incredibly busy.

however, if you do go then, disregard everything i said and have a good time!
 
Yeah, I figured there would be more open later in the month. However, my work schedule won't allow me to go at that time. Hopefully I will have a great time and want to go back next year a little later in the season to see the island in full swing.
 
We have booked for 9th june 07, the calender here on spotlight tells you alot about the openings etc, if it follows the same pattern as last year (and space opening date suggests it will) then by mid june, its fun fun till daddy take the t bird away!:)
