First Timer

Hi - looking to go to Ibiza for the first time with a group of mates next year and had a couple of questions.

1 - WHen do they start announcing line ups etc? Looking on going Thursday 11th June to 15th.

2 - Best town to get a villa nearby? Like the idea of retreating back to a Villa, but want to be fairly close to come bars etc.

3 - Nights - which ones do people recommend? Looking to go to a prog house night as well as a deep/dark house/techno night as well. Bit of contrast.

1 - specific night by night line ups only come out from about march/april onwards. starting from jan/feb you'll get dates confirmed, but it'll take until springtime until you see who is playing which night exactly

2 - if you wanna stay on the san antonio side of the island, look for a villa around san an / san augustin / cala bassa / cala conta / cala salada / cala gracio area. if you wanna be close to playa d'en bossa / ibiza town, then search for villas in the san jordi / sa carroca / san rafael / jesus / cap martinet / talamanca area. san jose/es cubells is also possible, but that's already a bit of a drive.

3 - let's wait until more about the programming is clear I'd say

Where do you recommend the best place to stay nearby is? San Antonio? Playa d'en Bossa or Ibiza Town? Where do you prefer to go our of interest.

I always liked (and still do) to be close to Ibiza town, but to be honest it doesn't really matter all that much. If you hire a villa you'll be definitely renting cars so you're mobile anyway and then everything is mostly only max 20mins away.

the only important thing, if you're a clubber, is not to be too far north IMO. so if you have a look at a map, don't be north from santa gertrudis.
