hey guys

i am from far away India (mumbai .. the closest city to Goa). on a backpacking trail in Europe. Meeting friends I have made over my travels in Nepal, Thailand, Bhutan, Vietnam etc ... In Italy at the moment as I write. Tomow I fly to your island!

I am in my late twenties, photographer, freelance travel writer. Love to travel, fascinated by different cultures. Dance is a passion - a release on a different realm altogether. Love all kinds of music, though admittedly techno is something I havent gotten close to. More of hip hop, latino, lounge, middle eastern and at times even our good old Bollywood (ha!)
Well never envisaged coming to Ibiza as much as I love music and dance. What brings me here is a course I am gonna do from 15th to 25th. Post which I really do want to hit the dance floor which I am simply aching for ....
But wondered what Ibiza is like ... to be honest I am not into drugs etc but do look forward to dancing the night away ...

being on my own, first time and from far away land (this is my frst trip to the west!), id like some company really to hook up and show me sides of Ibiza which are interesting!

Id love to hear from you .. and we can connect post the 25th!

Hi Leena

I dont know whether you are aware but you are heading to Ibiza during the close season - The last of the big clubs closed about a month ago and the Island is pretty much in hibernation now until next June.

Having said that I know that Pacha is still open and is worth checking out over the weekends - mainly a local crowd and wont be very busy and think there might be one or 2 smaller events going on - I know Cocoon are doing an event every 2 weeks at Blu or Blue Rose in Figueretas over the winter which should be worth checking out.

The tourist resorts of San An and Play den Bossa will be dead so guess Ibiza Town will be the main area to hang out in bars wise.

Is still a very beautiful Island with loads to see and do so dont be too upset about missing out on the clubbing.

Enjoy
