First Time in Ibiza

Hello how’s it going? First time heading to Ibiza at end of June and just looking some advice regarding location. What are your opinions on the best areas to stay? We would probably spend most of the time in bars etc and the odd night in a club. We’ve looked at sant antoni but couldn’t see any great accomodation (four of us btw) so what are your thoughts on moving slightly further out? We don’t mind getting taxis to and from either the clubs or bars but would prefer to be within walking distance of at least one of them.

Sorry, I’ll try to clarify. I think the most important aspects of the accommodation would be location and general niceness (modern, clean etc). A swimming pool is not overly important but would be nice. In terms of budget, we would probably go to about £300 a night, would stretch more for the right place. Apartments, villa/homes and aparthotel’s are all fine.

San An, couldn't see any great accom......moving slightly further out.....to where? what are you talking about? Do some research, look at maps. Where are the clubs you might go to?

For 300 quid a night I think modern and clean would be the minimum you'd look for. If you can't find somewhere in your price range in San Antonio check out Ibiza Town or Playa Den Bossa. Both areas have bars and clubs, I don't see any point in moving further out of these towns to be honest if you're going to be spending most of your time in Bars.

Since it sounds like you know what standard of accommodation you need, I'd go to booking.com and set the filter to over 170 GBP+ per night and 9+ reviews and you should find something suitable. Check that its withing walking distance to either San Antonio or Ibiza Town (or PDB) and you can't go wrong really.

PS taking a wild guess, I'd say you'll probably prefer Ibiza town or the surrounding area for a mix of bars, clubs and luxury accommodation.
