First time in Ibiza

Hey all,

So i'm 94 days away from jetting off to Ibiza!

Physically cannot wait, Just a few things i'd like to ask.

1) Our hotel is Mar I Vent just located off Sunset Strip, has anyone ever stayed here? If so what are your thoughts on the hotel (Have read lots of mixed reviews)

2) Spending Money, Planning to take around 1200 Euros for a week. Will this be enough? We are literally spending 3-4 Nights in the West End or 3-4 Nights in big clubs and fill up the rest of the days with one or the other.

3) Now this is going to sound ridiculously sad haha but GYM's! Is there any good gym around Ibiza? A few of us going are avid fitness freaks and I plan on staying as shredded as i possibly can throughout the week in ibiza.

4) Drink Prices in west end? Cheap/Average or Expensive?

Lastly 5) Do any of you have some crazy experiences throughout your stays in Ibiza!? Would love to hear what we're in for!

Money sounds fine, and I wouldn't worry about the hotel, sounds like you won't be doing much more than sleeping there

West end drinks prices can be super cheap, it's really only the clubs and nicer sunset bars/ beach bars where prices rise.

1/ Used to stay there in the late nineties when I went with the lads, stayed a few times. Great location and generally a younger crowd so you can party.

2/ You can easily spend £150 plus on a night out clubbing taking into account tickets, taxis and other things. You can save money by getting drink from the local shops (good one just across the road from mar y vent) A lot of people take a carry out and watch the sunset these days. Not been in the West End for years, but loads of places normally with cheap drink offers. Itaca do pints for a couple of quid, if you go to Ocean Beach expect to pay a lot more. Take as much money as you can.

3/ Fraile gym is 5 minutes away. You can get day or weekly passes.

5/ Look out for the Orange Juice Man of Ibiza. I spoke to him last year.
