The travel agency called us on tuesday and telled us our hotel has cancelled the room. I dont know why... We should have stayed in hotel Nautico Ebeso. They offered us a hotel in Talamanca(i think its called talamanca, the beach next to Pacha), Hotel Playa real. But we dont know anything about that place and we wanted to stay closer to town. The have a hotel in figuretas, Sirenis hotel, its just the price thats a problem. The travel agency are not sure if they want/can to pay that much:evil:. So please anyone who know anything about this hotel, help us. Thanks!

im staying at the sirenis hotel in figuretas , its supposed to be pretty nice but thats all i know .we got a really good deal for 2 weeks form the 1st sept . soz cant be of more help

Talamanca is really nice and only a 20 minute walk into Town. Plus it's a great loaction after a night out at Pacha. Makes the stumble home all that more pleasant.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk into Town from Figuretas so there's not a massive difference. I saw that hotel whilst there last week and it looked nice enough from the outside.

:DThank you! It makes me feel much better. I suppose its going to be Talamanca for us. Sirenis hotel is much more expensive. The travel agency will let us now which hotel tomorrow afternoon. Flying from Kastrup/Denmark on Friday morning but going to south Sweden tomorrow to leave our dogs. So we dont have much time. Just cant get there soon enough!!!!

My friends stayed at the Playa Real Hotel in Talamanca, and although it was a nice place/nice beach, it full of old folks, mostly from Germany, so there were hardly any young like-minded clubbers to party with! :x

an unfortunate fact of life when approx 300,000 of ibiza's 2 million visitors are young like minded clubbers.

there are of course many, many hotels which are aimed fairly and squarely at this lucrative market, why not try one of them?

Good!

I stayed at the Simbad in July, just along the beach from the Real and having stayed in the Jet in Playa d'en Bossa last summer, was so grateful not to be surronunded by people who seem unable to speak without shouting at the top of their voice, at all hours of the day and night, and continously banging on doors.

I got out clubbing in Ibiza but don't want to feel as though I'm constantly in a nightclub, especially when feeling slightly the worse for wear.

I am also staying here without a clue. When are you traveling? I arrive on Sept 16 and leave on the 29th. Plan to go into town to clubs and bars on a daily basis, if you want to share a cab. Hopefully there will be a few fun people at the hotel too. :)
