Mark Doyle, founder of the Hed Kandi imprint and now MD of Fierce Angel, has delivered another slice of midnight glamour straight from the dancefloor with cuts from Fish Go Deep and Masters At Work alongside offerings from Junior Jack, Moony and Freemasons plus the Eric Kupper mix of Frankie Knuckles’Shimmy’.

The compilation takes well-loved tracks and blends them with unexplored gems such as the sleek and sultry vocals of Bonnie Bailey on ‘Kingdom of Pretty’ and the underground anthem ‘Church Lady’ from man of the moment, Denis Ferrer.
This carefully selected collection of 33 unmixed tracks over three CDs comes wrapped up in deluxe packaging with exclusive artwork from celebrated artist Jason Brooks.
Fierce Disco joins an illustrious back catalogue of compilations from the Fierce Angel label, including the blissful <b>Angels Fall</b> and Ibiza-spirited Beach Angel.

So this cd is to represent the, as quoted 'first and last word in quality house music' yet it has the commercial re-release of Junior Jack's 'Stupidisco' with more vocals and the Fish Go Deep track which has been on every compilation since March 2006.

its lame - and contradicts the very things mark doyle said he'd left kandi for

incredibly dated - as upfront as a mark 2 escort - i lean towards commercial vocal house - but this is decidedly unexciting.....

poor poor tracklisting - disappointed - great aim at the supermarket shelves compilation in an MOS style - but.....
