I,ve been told theres a ferry from San An to Bennihas beach now, does anyone have any more details about it, prices and times etc, I was told they thought it was 18 euros ,but they didnt know if that was single or return, any ideas xx

Not heard of that one but judging by other similar trips, €18 would be a return fare

is there a pier in Benniras??

well unless aquabus as taken it up i have not heard anything.and i have photos of all trips from san an.none of boards that i saw.

It was Eddie ,who lives on the pirate ship, that is moored in San An, who told me about the new ferry route, but he wasnt sure wether the 18 euros was single or return,

Thanks ric.

if there is no pier or jetty, then people cant disembark safely onto the beach, so if there is one, its just a sail to Benniras. 18e would be a return price then.

It would cost more if you were to disembark and mingle in with the bongo drums and dancing as the boat would have to wait until after sunset to return to San An. Boats charge by the hour and length of time they are away from port.

I,ve had a reply from Aquabus, they do a ferry to Benirras, but only on a sunday, its a party boat, its a 5 hour trip and costs 49 euros per person, so for Tim and I,the best part of 100 euros return, !!!!!!!! dont think we,ll be doing that, we only wanted a trip out in the hope of going on the beach, think we,re going to have to think again,

hire a quad and go up yourselves on that... 55 euro for a full 24hrs of the quad then you can go wherever you want.. :)
