Ferry across the bay

Ok ive read a few posts in the forums about the ferry taxi across the bay, but nothing is said about the price.

Im staying in the Rosamar on the opposite side of the bay from Cafe del mar, does anyone know how much a ferry taxi would be across to the strip or how long it would take to walk all the way around?

also..where does the ferry taxi pick up and drop off?
 
the price is more like €1.50 and it doesnt drop off at the strip only at the harbour at the bottom of the west end.

the pick up places are at the Hawaii, the s'estanyol, the hotel milord and one stop inbetween the s'estanyol and hotel milord, cant remember the name, pick ups are normally every half hour on the hour.

Last boat back tends to be around midnight in peak season
 
walking round tends to involve stop offs in bars etc.
its a trek for sure, but theres plenty of things to look at on the way :)

it costs 2 euro's per person from the milord and takes about 5 minutes to get across, drops you off opposite the fountains in san antonio..

There is one pick up point just by Mar Amantis, another a bit further up, and one on the bend on the way if you are walking round.
