Fave 'real' tapas gaff

I have an ideal in my mind, it involves an afternoon in ibiza when we go this june, a local village a bit out of the way, found by car - spanish staff (albeit not a prerequisite), and a lazy real tapas based lunch. When i say real, I mean hopefully made on the spot - local products, fresh meats etc. Polished off with a nice glass of wine.

Question is....where would you recommend I go?!:)

San An a local village - probably not.
Has to be Santa Gertrudis and probably Bar Costa - bocadillos, ham, sausage and cheese and a bottle of plonk - less than 20 euros for two.

I had a delicious tapas lunch near Es Cubells, but I can't remember the name of the bar and the exact location. ______________ Tony, altho Bar Costa is one of my favs I don't think you can consider it as a tapas place

That's true Sylvia - not really tapas but good for "snacks". I enjoy eating there and Anitas.
I have only seen a good range of tapas in various bars in Ibiza town which hardly falls into the village category
