This is a question for everyone, what's hot this year? I want to go shopping before I get there in September and want to know what I should be looking out for to look hot. :)

I love going to Europe because you guys are so much further ahead then Americans when it comes to fashion!

Thanks

straw hats are everywhere, i myself have a cowboy one, but allsorts of designs are popping up everywhere.

ripped jeans allways go down well

Ripped jeans
Stripey T-Shirts (bright colours i.e yellow,green & pink)
Layers i.e Low cut v-necks with another t-shirt underneath

Clothes.

In Ibiza, the specifics are unimportant and unnoticed.

I know somewhat unimportant, but I like to look disco bitchin fine when I go out, and I want to make I'm wearing my Sunday best  ;)

Love the bright colors and layered shirts 8)

On this past trip, the nicest shirts I brought with me are the only ones that came back home unworn (which is good because it saved me from having an immediate laundy emergency upon return! )

What part of Beantown do you live in?

There will be none of that for me as I will be back-packing it before even arriving on the Isle.

I'm actually from about 10 miles North of Boston, lived in Cambridge for the past couple of years and in the past 6 months I bought a town house south of the city, the furthest I've ever lived away from the city itself. I work in the Bean though, where I'm posting from at this moment! :D Are you familiar?

I lived there for 6 years. Cambridge and Somerville. Are you familiar with Davis Square? I used to manage the ice cream shop across the street from the Somerville Theater :D

I know exactly where Davis is, JP Licks is that the ice cream place? What a small world :) Great little location, lots of fun bars and such! I used to live in Central Square in Cambridge :D

I think they sold out to JP Licks recently... it wasn't before.

Central Sq. is an OK area, but I was always more enamored of Inman Sq. for some reason. Nice restaurants and bars around there.
