where does everyone get good deals from to go back in september, is it possible to go for a long weekend rather than a full week as i just cant get another full week off work

ive tried late deals.com etc etc but they are all quite steep and alot dont do long weekend

book flights and rooms seperately.

thomson are cheap for flights. lowcostbeds.com for really cheap accom. we're going for 240 for 7 days

failing that there is a hostel in the west end for next to nowt? :D
 
Check your travel agents for late deals. The other day there was an offer at Thomas Cook for 265 pounds each for 2 people for 2 weeks in september.
 
Depend's how much your willing too pay out ;) , as the general rule is shorter the stay higher the price, atleast that's the case in France even if flying with easyjet :evil: .....

the thomsonfly is no use to me, it only brings up flying from doncaster and coventry, im in scotland :(

i would go for a week no problem money wise, its just the time off work, my boss is a w@nker :twisted:
 
keep trying Thomson - not thomsonfly - for flights and then accommodation as an add on. The flights are sometimes as low as £89 return, then add on accommodation or try hotels direct rather than through a tour operator - I got the Cala Nova in Es Cana last october half board for £15 a night
 
You will probably stuggle to get a long weekend flying from Scotland. You will probably need to do a week unless you are willing to travel south of the border to another regional airport.

My week in Just cost me £300 for return flight and accommodation (booked with Thomson). I am going back 2 weeks on Sat for 2 weeks. Cost me £370 (booked with Thomas Cook).

I booked both my holidays to Ibiza this yr with Holiday Index Ltd

Got a late deal in June for £189 for a week and going back on 4th Sept for 2 weeks for £299 :D
 
We have this problem to flying from Scotland. We wanted to do a few days for Space opening, but the flights were all coming in round £300!!

We're gonna do a week in September flying from Glasgow for around £200. Wanted to do the flights and accommodation seperately, but flights from Scotland work out too expensive.

My advice, if you want to go for a short stay, you'll need to fly from England
