False eyelashes

Having a party on Friday and wanting to make an impact so fancy wearing false eyelashes - not ones with glitter, just black ones.

Having only tried them once when I was 16 with limited results, what brand would people recommend? I'll have a go at applying them the day before to make sure I don't look like a poor man's Jodie Marsh.

Every time I've tried these I just look like a nasty skank

some people look stunning though!

I always think they look nice after seeing them on celebs/in fashion mags etc but when I actually bought them they looked REALLY fiddly. But they were from a party shop, I know Ruby and Millie do some in Boots, they are bound to be good.

Sorry to wade into a girly thread, but the two times I have seen false eyelashes, they look ridiculous. Thats not to say they would on you. Just try em first and get a 2nd opinion before unleasing them on the world.

OK... back to football and power tools

in my opinion they only look good if you buy the individual ones - easier to apply and you only put them where they are needed. You get around 3 diferent lengths in the pack

- I use a generic brand that you can pick up in Boots - cost around £6 or £7 I think....
