Can someone tell me how to set my profile to private - I thought I had done it but someone managed to find me and read my whole page so obviously not.

Please help? I cant quite get to grips with the privacy settings :spank:

you mean there's somewhere with less to do than sarfend?

forgive me but i'm new to this social networking lark, but isn't the whole point of one of these pages to allow people to make contact with you?

They can still see who you are by searching your name on Facebook.

You just dont have to let them see your whole page. Apparantly its dangerous - according to Watchdog.

No but there was supposedly a report saying that "they" can use your details to get bank accounts etc etc - I dont know how true this is I was just told - but if you have your email address, your full name, home town, date of birth etc etc they can use some of the information. Criminals and all that.

I was just being cautious.
 
and do you have any faith in a programme which is fronted by an ex dj and a man dressed as a woman?
