F-F-Freezing!

Is anybody else exceptionally cold today, I just cant seem to warm up even after a nice cup of tea
have a hot bacon roll
Im trying to detox a bit (well not eat as much) as all I have done this weekend is eat, eat, eat, eat.........you get the gist
well if you dont eat, your body aint got no fuel to burn... which is why you feel colder!

Must admit it is a bit george and zippy!
Plus the heating in our building is buggered up and we are waiting on an engineer! Think they are just cutting costs by turning the heating off as it seems to be out every Monday! Swines!

I bought some "moisturising" tights from the Florence & Fred section in Tesco on Sat, my god they are making my legs feel WORSE

Well as its 33 celsius and sunny here in the caribbean, I am feeling nice and warm (gloat, gloat!)
But I am heading back home to Cardiff in 10 days for the first time in over a year, and I have no jumpers, coats etc.
I keep having dreams like stepping off the plane at Heathrow and cracking up like the T1000 in Terminator 2 when he gets covered in liquid nitrogen...
...is it really that cold over there now???
