I'd buy out my firm that I work for and sack all the mugs in the sales office....slappers:evil::evil::evil:

Then celebrate by hiring a limo and pick up random chavs on the street before heading onto the Burberry store in town and treating them all to the latest opulent "garms" of style innit:p:p:pl.

I would then parade with them around Berkeley square in a show of defiance at the british class system before xxxxing them all off and heading onto a proper venue where people use big words8)8)8)

I'd buy my own island and turn it into the new Ibiza 'cept with clubs that don't charge a days wages for a round of drinks:twisted:

with £95m i'd buy Celtic & Rangers and Merge the 2 clubs together. ;)

chewie - i used to like you

i'd buy

massive hoose in Glasgow
decent place in Ibiza
spanking new motor
new musical stuff
bank a lot and live off the interest

oh

and 1 more day in work
just for the devilment of it

i'd spend it all on attaining world peace, and get a sunseeker yacht and a Maybach to help me spread the word.

plus i'd arm the Neighbourhood watch in every town with claymores and gattling guns.

I didn't win as expected :oops::(:lol:

16 share record EuroMillions jackpot

Saturday, 9 February 2008 10:38
16 people across Europe have shared the record €130m EuroMillions jackpot.
Nobody matched all five main numbers and the two lucky stars, so the rollover jackpot rolled down to the next prize level.
The 16 winners who matched all five main numbers and one lucky star will each receive €8,668,828.94.

If a single ticket holder had scooped the jackpot it would have been the biggest payout of its kind in the world.
The numbers drawn were 17, 38, 28, 44 and 30 and the two lucky stars were 01 and 04.
The top Irish ticket matched five numbers for a prize of €76,320.
Two people also won €500,000 in the Irish-based EuroMillions Plus draw.

No tax on the winnings but in this country you pay the top rate of tax (40%) on any interest generated by the winnings (as far as I'm aware).

Gutted, have 4 plus one lucky star, ie: only one number away from the shared jackpot!

Only won £200, thats ridiculous, specially when you think that the probability of my winning combination is roughly 24000 to 1!!!

Seems they tax you twice here - on the original winnings and then on the interest earned.
