Evening all

Me and my other half have decided instead of keep going to Ibiza and giving soneone else our money to buy our own place! we aint rich but want a bolt hole on the Island somewhere, normally stay in PDB but not fussy where. Apart from the list of estate agents on Spotlight, does anyone know any others? Looking for somewhere that will rent most of the year( apart from the opening and closing parties:D) for about 100,000 euros or less if poss. Any ideas?

i really don't think 100k will buy you your dream property no matter how many estate agents you contact.

couple of very small studios are up for sale in ibizaproperty shop at the mo for under 100,000 eurosxxx
 
You will be lucky to find anything under 100k, Don`t forget whatever you look at , budget for around %10 on top for tax`s etc

Cheers all, we maybe able to stretch a bit, not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere to crash. dont mind putting my painting and decorating expertise to use:lol:!

Did you find any estate agents etc? I found Kyero was quite good but many of the liated properties were sold very quickly! They do have lots of rentals too. If you do find a good agent please share! i dont know if Think Spain or APOL are on here but give them a try. They also do rentals. Good luck!!
