Can you get to Es Vedra, and is there actually anything to do when you arrive there? Also how do you get there and how much is it?

I took a boat out there recently and went around it but as far as I know you can't actually go on it - it's just inhabited by goats now. worth the journey though - you can go swimming in the crystal clear waters nearby.
