es callo playa...
I stayed there last year, and I dont mean to worry you but they are a bit rough.The rooms are small and there are a few cockroaches roaming about but there are worst places I suppose?????
If your in Ibiza to party then its just somewhere to get your head down, oh and one good thing, the bar is open nearly all the time and the food isnt that bad...........anyway your going to have a fantasic holiday on the party island so dont let it worry you too much.
PS Another good thing about it is that there is a small beach just across the road so you can work on your tan during the day or go swimming at night, but i wouldnt advise it because theres ALOT of sex going on down there in the early hours 
!!!!!!

Well I stayed there for 2 weeks and i had a fantastic holiday........met loads of fantastic people. Just remember its not where you are, its the people you meet that make your holiday!!!!!!!!!!

my friend stayed there a few years ago and yea they are 5* or anything but they r ok, and now they hace A/C so thats not too bad and they have had a make over..........she has a brill time in them and met great people and had a ball so im sure you will do the same
