so, no word about enter season 4? anybody at the opening? I try to do date 3.

been to the afterhour at noname and heard the best richie for some time!!

Was there from start till finish.
While I thought many of the sets last year were kind of flat I really loved it this year from a musical perspective.
Especially the Set from Hito and the last hours of Richies Set.
The decoration this year is also great.

The new CORVUS by CONDUCTR interface upstairs needs a little work.
Got stuck quite a few times and when we tried to just activate single lines the music didn't change.
Still love the idea to let the punters play arround though.

I will give it a go again this year, but I over did ENTER a bit last year (4/5 times), and by September quite frankly I was bored! And bored is not something I ever wanted to feel in Ibiza. Much more looking forward to Richie playing at Cocoon this year...

The only ENTER date I'm there for is July 23rd and the lineup seems a bit 'meh' to me.

Dubfire? How is Dubfire these days? The lineup doesn't look that great, but I still want go check it out. Just concerned that dubfire won't be that exciting.

Also how has Hawtin been doing recently? He seems to be really on... or really, really off!

true, not one of the best enter dates you got there (IMO). but audiofly and buttrich on the terrace could be pretty good. then again it's not the techno fest you wanted I know ;)

Hmnn... maybe I should save myself for another night!

maybe I've put something a bit wrong here - just so you don't misunderstand me - the discoteca will definitely be techy! but the terraza is more tech house

Ok, I will probably go... Just not sure if dubfire is up my alley at the moment! :)

Obviously the Enter deco is minimalistic on main room, but do they still have lazers in there? I can't remember from last year.

Looking at Carl Cox spectacular opening on be@tv, it's something I'd love.. but i have a feeling there is none.

Not much in the way of lasers last season, the discoteca was kept very dark with just a couple of red lights over the dance floor. Thought it complimented the music perfectly and made for a very different experience to other nights at Space.

And when the ice cannon went off and rolled across the crowd out of the darkness, unforgettable.

thought not.

I agree that it suits the music, but sometimes on a big breakdown i wouldn't mind some more visual stimulus!

hi - as anyone got any idea if there's early entry deals knocking about? Land about 45min exactly before Dettmann / Klock b2b (why aren't they on later ffs) and if it's cheaper early doors won't be losing much.... although getting the wristbands would prove difficult... i've not really thought this through.

They still have the early entry deal they had in the last years. Not exactly sure on the timelines anymore but we paid 10 € with wristband and dot entering a little before 22:00. Think it then goes up every 30 minutes or so. You should be able to get a wristband + dot in PDB in a few minutes.

Was at the opening and thought it was excellent.

Hito was good as an opener in the Sake Bar, then Guy Gerber and Matthew Dear stepped it up a notch. Blind Observatory isn't someone I've heard much of but was impressed by his set, Dexter being a particular highlight. Then Gaiser came on and blew the roof off, love his sets. Also thought Hawtin was on top form - no big intro/build-up, just straight to it techno.

Went to the third night yesterday.

Terrace is looking great, feels like you are on Tattooine or Dune ;)
Main Room is ok, but this summer hawtin just changed the stage (a lot) and nothing really was done to the rest of the mainroom. So it really looks more like a festival stage now, reminded me of tomorrowland with all the rock. As I reeeally loved enter main last year I was a bit disappointed. More so with enter mind which is a real fail this year: looking cheap and un-atmospheric, not to compare to the last years.

music was great, can't really make a profound observation about hawtins set but it seemed good whenever I was there.

the main problem - and I have experienced this at many nights now: really low numbers this year!! and we have middle of july already. seems we were right on the forum when we said that every party will suffer with the sheer number of events around. in the main it was ok, but far from packed and terrace for gerber (!) was quite bad, so it unfortunately lacked in atmosphere. I've also experienced this at hyte, even cox or some of the cocoon nights (main room on monday..).

so all in all I found the feel of ENTER better last year, more attention, detail and effort - but maybe its just me. Its still a great night - I will return!

Been beaten to the ground but too many similar parties with all the same djs = trouble at times for some parties. What disappoints me even more about this is for a lineup i would have killed to be in Ibiza for, the party was only half moving. I know people will mainly go to Enter to see Richie, but there arent many who do it better than Guy Gerber and the Space terrace i can imagine would be an amazing place for him to do his work (maybe im slightly biased as a big guy gerber fan but still). When I was at Cocoon June 29, the main room was simply dead and i said it in a separate thread, Josh Wink played the best set I saw on the island all week there. I'll be back on the island end of august to early sept for 6 days so interested to see the difference at that time as nobody likes overly jammed clubs (ex: Paradise opener - which was still killer) but also a room with no vibe is a real bummer and you know that djs typically dont want to do their best to a room with a 100 people that fits 1000.
