Elrow

Be interesting to see what happens with the pairing. I love Kehakuma and have from the start, but last summer every time I went it seemed to be struggling against the draw of the main room and El Row.

Agree. ENTER killed Kehakuma really! Much preferred it when it was Wednesday or Thursday in 2010/11 and then ENTER.Kehakuma in 2012. It just doesn't work with Elrow and I love both of them but not together....

Yeah, too late now but would have liked kehakuma staying on the terrace working with ENTER. Hopefully a few takeovers remain/something happens at another club if anything bad does happen to it as some of the line ups are top class.

We got discount wrist bands last year, I think one of the options was free before a certain time.. but we got in for 20 euros I think

I wish it would go back to Privileges Vista club though, much preferred it there, and was an excuse to go to Privilege, which doesnt have anything else really that interests me these days.. thought it worked a lot better there, especially when the sun came up through the windows!

So, we are fairly sure it will be a Saturday then? I imagine this is the case, as it tries to attract weekenders from it's native Barca, right?

I will be booking a Fri-Mon stint this year and really want to try Elrow. The Barcelona event on a Sunday is the absolute bollocks!

Kehakuma has had it hard ever since it's second summer in my opinion. In the first summer they had well good bookings, like Jamie Jones, Maya Jane Coles, Art Department and Seth plus loads of other big names. Then Enter and Paradise came along and basically stripped Kehakuma of all these DJ's. They've had an uphill struggle since then and I always thought going on the same night as Elrow wasn't ideal.

Agree. As we've said many times before I do think Kehakuma was becoming pretty special end of 2011 season before the merge with ENTER. There were some freaking amazing nights on that Terrace in September '11 (the Seth, Art Department, Shaun Reeves night springs to mind). It was creating a strong brand in its own name and loved to have seen what would have happened had ENTER not come along.

as for kehakuma, I think space will keep the night alive (it's really their baby), but possibly on another day. nothing's set in stone yet.
