El row balcony VIP tickets

Hi all. Anyone know if there is a dress code for the VIP balcony tickets for el row? Also is it access to balcony in both rooms?

to be sure I would wear long trousers (as a guy) but else no dress code and I do believe you can get to both rooms yeah - but not 100% sure
 
We had Elrow VIP Balcony tickets last Saturday and you could indeed walk between rooms and from the lower to the higher level balcony as well. Plenty of guys wearing shorts although we took the safer option and wore jeans
