El Hotel - Worth It?

We need a hotel for three nights at the end of our holiday, after we get kicked out of the villa, and I'm looking at the options. El Hotel looks good what with Pacha nearby and Ibiza town an easy walk.

What's it like? Worth 165 euros a night?

I'm sure this has been talked about before buy you try searching for 'El Hotel' on this board.... :lol:

I've just come back from a week staying there, loved it, personally I think it is better than Es Vive which comes in at similar price range.

If you go on hotel reviews bit there's a review I just did of last hols ;)
 
When is your holiday? We looked at booking a room for a weekend in August when we were over there two weeks ago and they told us they had no availability at all in August!!!! 8O 8O

(Maybe they just didnt like the look of us) :roll:

You do a look a bit dodgy 8O :lol: In all seriousness August is a nightmare in Ibiza. I remember last year having problems with booking somwhere during radio one weekend. I had travel agents looking for me as well as scouring the net and the only place which had enough rooms was the luxmar in figueretas. Soon realised why when we got there. 8O I'm unlikely to go in August again.

Have you tried to check availability thru this site, then you'll find out if they're lieing to you ;)
 
The day we left (26 June) they were fully booked cause we wanted to pay to have our room til the evening and they didn't have anything available
 
i tried to book el hotel for august about 2 months ago and it was fully booked.

yep i saw your review! much more sensible than the review of your holiday! :D

To the others: as Barbie says, look in the 'last minute' section of this site and you can book a room. I booked last night. Three nights 28th-31st August for 165 euros a night.

Not long to go now! :D
 
actually, thinking about it, i've just booked a hotel on the advice of someone who doesn't eat or sleep :lol:

i don't think you could get a job on the holiday program...

'this week i'm on the sunny island of ibiza, a fantastic destination for all the family. the price of my holiday was £3000 based on two sharing, no food, 78 bottles of rose, 46 vists to men about dogs and 14 disco tickets'
