El Bulli - Restaurant

:) :)
If your ever on the wirral the hotspot on broadway (no, a crossroads with shops, not a centre of culture) do a battered mars bar!;)

dear me, not sure i like the mention of places so close to home. i remember what a novelty it was when they started doing it and how quickly it wore off after having 1 of them.

qué?

A Scottish culinary tradition.

First, take some fast food that is already very unhealthy and fattening - e.g. a mars bar, burger or pizza.

Next, coat it in batter (egg, flour, milk - like pancake mix) and then deep fry in oil to make it even more life-shortening.

In Scottish chippies (fish and chip shops) they also do deep-fried haggis. I'm not going to attempt to explain what that is - will leave it to the natives.
