Similar to the Lucozade but much less tasty 
I think that's to ward you off excess, but it doesn't always work.....
Replace a cup with an egg-cup, add a splash of boiling water, top up with cold and bingo. Down in one and remember to brush your teeth.

But the advantage of the Lucozade is that the Lucozade prevents brain damage and you're not preventing brain damage Gingerfreak. God I'm such a wise old Brown Owl

ewww.... i don't like the sound of that!!
but i bet it works!one thing, i can't clean my teeth once i've come up, it makes me gag!!

..... sometimes its just too late to worry about holes in your brain Brown Owl.... (did you know I was thrown out of the Brownies? 'twas for making up a Punk Version of the Lord's Pray - and I wore a safety pin in my brownie tie too!!)

It was the 70's tho...... all punk behaviour = scum in them days - actually thinking about it - it was prob The Girl Guides which is a different entity altogether....... a lot more brainwashing involved than the Brownies...
