Eddie Halliwell?? any good?

Hey folks...Eddie Halliwell is visiting TO this weekend and am thinking of going...never heard anything from him b4 wondering if he's any good??? :?:
Read he's done some big events (Creamfields for one) but not sure what his thing is....can I assume it's worth paying for?
 
jules rates him_ dunno if that is a plus or not though@!


isnt his, ahem, USP that he does the 'trance/scratch' thing
 
Trance,techno and hard dance! he crosses over all these genres and yes go and see him hes quality! hes my 2nd fave dj just behind van dyk! his technical ability is amazing! i cant wait for a summer of eddie at judgement sundays!

he has alot more trance night bookings now id say at least 90%,he broke through as hard house but doesnt tend to play hard house any more,ive seen him at places where he could play what he wanted and hes refrained from playing too hard housey although he is quite tough
 
he is amazin one of the best djs not only is he an amazin dj but he puts on a brilliant show as well really interacts with the crowd. :D

he plays a good funky set now and again as well but he is a cheat at the mixing part...............uses a machine to help him enhance it. tut tut!!

Its been about 3 years since i seen him last so im not surprised he's doing something new.

its a bit like fergie! i talk to people about fergie and some still think hes a hard house dj
 
he's also about to embark on a tour with Pioneer show, casing the 'new'(?) DJM909 mixer, taking in Seriousworld, London on 01/05, Lush, Portrush on 07/05 and Cream's Ibiza Launch Party in Liverpool on 28/05, he's gonna be performing using 2 x DJM909 mixers with 4 Pioneer CDJ1000's...could be worth catching!

had just arrived at work on the island called great britain......not as lucky as to be on THE island just yet, in 3 months i will be there.....................for only 4 days :cry:

no problemo, although my location does feel as thought it should be in beefa with the steamer i have on today, feels like i've been on a 72 hour sesh in a 3 hour trip to the pub last night.................earlydoors tonight i think.
