Eating, Drinking and of course partying

Hi

PLEASE HELP - This would be our first time in Ibiza and we do really want to go to a couple of the big clubs and experience that side of ibiza but we don't want to be in the heart of it, we would like a nice modern contemprary hotel, but I also want to experience the spanish food and wine, we are not the kind of people that want to lie about at the pool or beach all day. As you can see I can be a bit of a nightmare when it comes to holidays and I really need your help - please let me know any suggestions/experiences you have had.

Have you checked out the Hotels page on this site? There are some rather nice choices.

As for eating and drinking, again, this website has a whole host of restaurant listings, which areas of the island to find them and each restaurants style of cuisine - have a read through and if you find you are still needing questions answered then just shout....
