Easiest/cheapest way to get to Ibiza from mainland Spain

Hi guys, I want to visit Ibiza by myself this march for some hill trekking and wondering what would be the easiest route to get there. I'm living in South Wales so getting to London city airport is difficult and rather expensive. I'm thinking of flying to mainland Spain and catching a connecting flight to Ibiza Have any of you guys done this before?. Cheers.

Gone in february for the last 3 years and stay in figueretas two times and ibiza town couple weeks ago.
